Wushu Swiss Open 2025

Dear athletes, coaches and visitors

We would like to welcome all wushu friends to the WUSHU SWISS OPEN 2025. The competition is open for all wushu schools around the world and will include taolu (traditional and modern), sanda and qingda for kids, juniors and adults!

It will be held in Baar/Switzerland and will be hosted by the school WU-Academy of Martial Arts.

FACTS

The 2025 edition of the WUSHU SWISS OPEN will be a two day event. We may limit the available registration spots, as we had a alot of registrations back in 2023 and 2024.

You should arrive on Friday evening latest and leave on Monday or later if possible. This would be the best option.
Kids will only fight (sanda/qingda) on Saturday, while juniors and adults will fight on Sunday.
Kids and juniors in modern Taolu will be on Saturday. Adults and some junior events will be on Sunday.
Trad. Taolu kids and youth on Saturday and adults and seniors on Sunday – see below the daily plan for more details.
The weigh-in for the fighters will be on Friday late evening in the competition arena.

    Registration

    Complete online registration form for your school or federation.

    It should include all athletes who would like to participate in the competition. Please note that the coaches who should be coaching in the competition should be registred as well. There is a limited amount of coaches available.

    Finalize registration online

    You’ll receive the login details after you’ve sent the registration form.

    In this step you will be able to register the athletes in the different competition events.

  • 3.

    Payment Fees

    The incoice will be sent by e-mail after the end of registration and should be paid 1 week prior to competition.
    CHF 30 kids and juniors / CHF 40 adults (unlimited amount of events)
