J + S
Youth+Sport is the Swiss Confederation’s largest sports promotion programme. J+S offers sports courses and camps for children and young people in around 85 different sports. Every year, 80,000 sports courses or camps take place, attracting around 1 million participants from among 637,000 children and young people.
The sport of Wushu/Kung Fu, comprising the disciplines of Taolu (forms) and Qingda (light contact), has been included in the Youth and Sport programme since 2022.
J+S COACH
To take part in the Youth and Sport programme, or to register and settle accounts for activities, as well as to register for training and further education courses, an organisation must have a J+S Coach.
J+S coaches are responsible for the correct delivery of J+S programmes. In doing so, they trigger the J+S contributions for their organisation.

Training to become a J+S Coach is available immediately and is offered by the cantons. All courses can be found here. Depending on the canton, the course lasts from a few hours to half a day. To register, please contact the sports office in your canton of residence.
